The pledge, created by Thrive Global and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), “reaffirm[s] that employee mental health and well-being remain as essential as ever” and promises to “continue prioritizing the well-being and mental health of employees through the uncertain times that lie ahead – and maintain investments and commitments in this critical area.”
